How can one individual skip breakfast which is supposed to be the most important meal of the day and still lose weight? Is that even a thing?
Since your childhood, your parents, your friends and maybe some of your co-workers insisted that breakfast was the most important meal of the day and that it was a very bad thing to skip it.
Is this true or people have just been regurgitating this information blindly over and over again without any knowledge of the subject?
Some studies have shown that skipping breakfast could lead to obesity and here’s one reason why. If the only thing you eat for lunch and dinner is fast food and you are binge eating at night then forget about skipping breakfast. It’s the only meal where you were eating something healthy so it helps you control your weight.

It involves alternating cycles of fasting and eating so, for example, you allow yourself 8 hours in your day to consume all your calories so you start eating at 12:00 pm and you stop at 8:00 pm. In that case, you would skip breakfast and the only thing you can consume during that period are drinks like water and coffee.
